Sibongile Mngadi began her career in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries in 1997 as a Professional Medical Representative.  Throughout her career she has worked in many sectors of the South African pharmaceutical market. In 2011, Ms. Mngadi began working in the Southern African Development Community, as well as East African and anglophone West African countries, and has led commercial functions in a total of 17 anglophone, lusophone and francophone markets.
