Eric has devoted his time and effort for six years to establish health security as a core health intervention among PSI’s core capabilities. He has enhanced public health emergency operations centers, addressed antimicrobial resistance by applying core SBC techniques to map the journey of antibiotic use and stewardship among end users and providers, and focused on the intersection between human, animal, and environmental health through one health interventions. Eric has built the PSI health security infrastructure for learning and capacity building across all country offices, while actively engaging with global and regional health security leaders to prioritize the global health security agenda.
