Young boys from 15 years are encouraged to go for circumcision during the school holidays.
The campaign is driven by the ministry of health and partners including Population Services International (PSI) Swaziland, Family Life Association of Swaziland (FLAS), Marie Stopes, and others.
The male circumcision team announced during a press conference last Friday at La Casserole in Mbabane that they would be starting the programme today. National HIV Prevention Coordinator Muhle Dlamini said they decided to embark on the campaign, also known as the back to school circumcision campaign, during this second term holidays to accommodate Lusekwane which takes place in December.
