DAKAR, Senegal — The 2011 International Conference on Family Planning gathers reproductive health specialists from around the world to examine cutting edge research and programs that are helping to advance the health and wealth of families and nations worldwide.
The Bill and Melinda Gates Institute for Population and Reproductive Health at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Ministry of Health and Prevention in Senegal will co-host 2011 conference, the second of its kind. As at the first, the 2011 Conference will bring together participants to share research, best practices, and progress on national strategies to deliver family planning services, with the ultimate goal being universal access to family planning.
PSI will join dozens of other organizations at the conference. PSI supports reproductive health by offering a comprehensive range of high-quality family planning services and products to men, women, and couples throughout their reproductive lives. A hallmark of PSI is our commitment to delivering health services where and when people need them, at a price they can afford. PSI believes that by developing global reproductive health leaders and champions now, we will ensure our collective success in the future.
